
60 minutes to unplug... An hour of complete stillness for your nervous system to relax, reset and restore.
A deep guided meditation will open the session, followed by Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, layered through with chimes, gongs and rain-sticks, with chimes and gentle tones to finish the journey — each one coaxing your brain into the ultimate relaxation frequencies (alpha, theta and sometimes delta!) and resonating through your bodies cells, leading your energy out of the chaos, and into the calm.
You will float out of the space, feeling completely rebalanced... and hopefully sleep like never before this evening!
